A discussion focused on the Iranian conflict through the eyes of Presbyterian minister, Dan McNerney
Rev. Dan McNerney held a 1-hour Zoom call to give participants a deeper understanding of current events in Iran and the Middle East today. You can view the call by clicking here. Dan has made many visits to the area over the last 30 years and brings a unique and highly informed perspective of the events now taking place in the region. Dan presented an historical background to provide context to the current situation in Iran and shared observations from his time spent there.

Rev. McNerney looks forward to giving talks on related topics and he is devoutly interested in helping educate others and to bring forward the Word of God into matters that affect all of us every day. This was a very special time for Dan and his family as he began his activities with ELM at the very church he served as an assistant pastor in the 1990’s. And where, as a child, Dan was raised in the Christian faith. As well, the Village Of Winnetka is where he and Sharon raised their five children and have lived for the past 30 years. Dan spoke about his hopes and dreams for the ministries of ELM and WPC in the coming years.
